The Santa Barbara Umbrella®®, introduced in 1981, took its design inspiration from the exotic umbrellas of the open-air markets of the Mediterranean. This silhouette, the genesis for future collections, has earned its reputation as the “original” Santa Barbara Umbrella and continues to inspire new classic designs.

Italian Terrace

What makes Italian Terrace So Special?

Our pots take about four weeks to make. We blend the best Italian clay to achieve a pale colour and a special finish is added to create the weathered texture. We make by hand, using traditional press moulded techniques. Gentle air drying and firing at high temperatures in our modern gas kilns ensures strength and durability in the winter months. We have created designs and shapes that suit our classical and contemporary architecture, with the growth of plants in mind.

Accents of France

Accents of France designs, manufactures and installs standard and custom decorative treillage in wood or aluminum, inspired by 18th century French Architecture.

Our savoir-faire goes beyond decorative treillage.
We also design and manufacture a wide assortment
of accessories including garden and table-top planters, jardinières, obelisks, vases, urns, light fixtures, in addition to indoor and outdoor furniture.

Accents of France offers a truly international perspective to treillage and design. Our extensive expertise allows us to work with world-renowned architects and designers in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Based in the United States, Accents of France occasionally works in collaboration with Tricotel, our long time partner in France.

Richardson-Allen

Richardson-Allen is a family owned and managed woodworking company that  began producing architectural garden structures, and custom benches in 1982. As the fifth generation on the coast of southern Maine, we operate with old world New England craftsmanship and pride of product. The skills and ingenuity of our forebears have been passed down and enhanced by today’s advances in materials and technology.

For over three decades our manufacturing facility has found a home within the old brick walls of an historic 165 year old textile mill. A mill where our great ancestors walked the same worn floors at the onset of the Industrial Revolution. Located on the edge of the Saco river as it flows into the Atlantic Ocean, where great schooners were built and launched, there is a constant reminder of the high standards in the history of American manufacturing. In today's era of disposable goods we hear a call from the past, and are inspired to honor it with our commitment to the ideals of extraordinary quality.  Our goal is to actualize today’s vision while building tomorrows heirlooms.

The new SKAGEN collection is a take on classic Scandinavian furniture design that combines expertly crafted teak and handwoven outdoor rope to create a contemporary yet timelessly elegant dining chair collection. True to its roots, SKAGEN’s organic shapes and contrasting clean lines are developed to be functional and to create ergonomic dining chairs, which can be used inside or out.

Nomi Fabrics

Nomi Franklin, owner and principal designer of Nomi Fabrics presents her extensive collection of art textiles “as high couture for the home.” A wide selection of beautiful designs is available to-the-trade, in luxurious linens as well as outdoor/performance fabrics.

Known industry-wide for her original collections on silk, velvet and linen, Nomi has translated hersignature style into a collection of 100% solution dyed outdoor/performance fabrics, sophisticated enough for indoor use as well.

Jumping time lines and cultures, Nomi’s latest linen collection named “Bloom,” is inspired by and reimagined from her prolific portfolio of designs which characterize her passion for botanicals and the decorative arts. Printed and stocked in California.
